I am proud to be known for my values of hard work, honesty and responsibility.
Every year for the last 10 years I have ranked in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the Westchester Multiple Listing System (MLS). I currently rank in the top 10 out of over 7,000 agents in our MLS for closed sales year-to-date. I have been serving the area as a professional REALTOR® since 1995.
In addition to being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). I now help many of my clients who are in financial trouble avoid foreclosure. In 2010 I became a national instructor for the Distressed Property Institute to teach the CDPE course. I now travel around the country training Realtors® to help their clients avoid foreclosure and work through the short sale process to a successful completion.

The business of real estate is a natural fit for me since I was raised within it. My grandfather owned a real estate firm in the Bronx, my father was a VP with the corporate real estate division of Citibank, and my mother was a top agent in the county for almost three decades. I offer a comprehensive understanding of the business, along with an in-depth knowledge of the local area and market conditions that benefits my clients.
I have proven the value of a team approach to buying and selling real estate, employing a 5-person team composed of: a Listing Coordinator, a Closing Manager, a Short Sale Coordinator, and three Buyer Specialists. I have also embraced technological marketing innovations, such as social media, search engine optimization, and web video. My listings are accessible from over 1,000 different real estate websites.
